Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor – Trusts & Estates | Coventry | £40,000 – £70,000
The firm This is an opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking law firm with a strong private client heritage and a genuinely modern outlook. The firm is known for combining high-quality legal advice with a supportive, people-led culture, where solicitors are trusted, developed and encouraged to build long-term careers. Growth is intentional rather than aggressive, with a clear focus on collaboration, quality of work and doing the right thing for both clients and colleagues.
The role
* Managing a varied and high-quality Trusts & Estates caseload, including wills, estate administration, trusts and associated private client matters
* Advising clients with care, clarity and confidence, often on sensitive and high-value issues
* Running files autonomously while working closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative team
* Supporting the ongoing development of the Trusts & Estates offering, with scope to influence how the team grows

You
* A qualified solicitor with experience in Trusts & Estates or private client work
* Confident managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
* Approachable, client-focused and commercially aware in your approach
* Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive, collaborative team

* Clear and transparent progression pathway at Associate and Senior Associate level
* Flexible and hybrid working arrangements to support work-life balance
* Generous holiday allowance plus additional benefits
* Pension scheme, wellbeing support and a comprehensive benefits package
* A positive and inclusive working environment where contributions are recognised and valued
