We're looking for an Ecommerce Product Manager to join the team, taking ownership of key retail accounts and supporting the day-to-day running of our ecommerce operations. This role would suit someone with strong excel skills and a commercial mindset, who is comfortable working with data and collaborating across departments. What will the Ecommerce Product Manager role entail? This is a hands-on role focused on managing product listings and supporting sales performance across a range of online retail partners, from large national retailers to independent businesses. You will be responsible for: Managing product listings across multiple websites and marketplaces Monitoring performance by account, including styles, categories and brands Using data and gap analysis to inform decisions on new product listings Supporting the onboarding of new retailers, including templates and data mapping Troubleshooting day-to-day issues and maintaining listing accuracy Producing sales reports for internal teams and external partners Supporting delivery of turnover targets Keeping up to date with ecommerce trends and online shopping behaviour (Strong Excel skills are essential, including experience using V-look ups, pivot tables and formulas, and the ability to work with large amounts of data) What will we offer in return: 25 days annual leave entitlement Enhanced maternity and paternity leave Generous staff discount on all brands we supply Cycle2Work Scheme Life assurance & company pension Local gym membership discount Free mortgage advice & £0 broker fee Eyecare vouchers
