Scheduler / Service Co-ordinator – Temp to Perm
Location: Uxbridge
Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour
Are you a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills? We're looking for a proactive Scheduler / Service Co-ordinator to join a busy and friendly team in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks and ensuring customer service is delivered to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
* Taking incoming calls and logging jobs accurately
* Handling customer queries with professionalism and efficiency
* Coordinating site visits and arranging parking for engineers
* Preparing all required paperwork for site attendance
* Keeping in daily contact with engineers to support them on the road
* Planning, allocating, and updating engineer schedules
* Checking and preparing parts ahead of job dispatch
* Uploading completed job details to customer systems
* Regularly reviewing job progress and outstanding work
* Ensuring customer and internal records are kept fully up to date
Qualifications
* Clear and confident communicator
* Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
* Able to work well under pressure and manage shifting priorities
* Previous experience in a coordination or customer service role preferred
* Comfortable using systems for logging and tracking work
* Flexible to support the emergency rota when needed
