Class 1 personnel Ltd are looking to recruit a Workshop Team Leader for one of our clients. The role will be based at Camberley and will be tasked to remote manage other locations. Main Purpose: To provide supervision of a maintenance workshop serving a diverse range of vehicles, equipment and plant; and plan the effective use of resources to deliver a cost effective Service and Maintenance Repair facility always ensuring first class customer service. Relationships External · Third party Customers, suppliers and trade connections Internal · Direct and indirect reports Reporting to: Workshop Manager Number of direct reports: Subject to size of Workshop Person Requirements Professional Profile Qualifications · Full driving licence: Minimum CE · City & Guilds Motor Vehicle level 1,2 & 3 Skills · Planning and motivational skills · Computer Literate · Ability to communicate with team and management Experience · Experience of maintenance workshops ideally in a supervisory role · Able to demonstrate workshop planning knowledge · Experience in performance managing teams · Significant “On Tools” experience · High level of problem solving skills.
