Role Purpose
The B2B Business Development Team Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth across CST Training’s business-to-business portfolio. This role combines hands-on new business development with leadership of a small team of Business Development Executives. The postholder will set direction, coach performance, and ensure consistent execution against sales targets while building strong, long-term relationships with employer clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
* Own and deliver B2B sales targets in line with company growth objectives.
* Identify, target, and win new employer clients across relevant sectors.
* Develop and execute account strategies to grow existing B2B relationships.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close and handover.
