Product Governance Specialist

Meraki Talent is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a Product Governance Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced regulatory professional to play a key role within a high-performing Product Governance team.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpreting ESG and wider regulatory developments, assessing their impact on product governance.
* Producing high-quality reports, presenting findings, and attending key internal/external meetings.
* Reviewing and signing off fund documentation (prospectuses, KIIDs, PRIIPs, EMTs) to ensure FCA compliance.
* Leading and managing regulatory and technical change projects from planning through to implementation.
* Supporting fund launches, amendments, and closures in line with CIS rules.
* Training and mentoring team members, contributing to policy and procedure development.
* Ensuring operational controls are adhered to and breaches are correctly logged and actioned.
Candidate Profile:
* Strong understanding of FCA rules, CIS updates, and regulatory governance requirements.
* Demonstrable experience leading regulatory projects and embedding new processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
* Highly organised, analytical, and confident working to deadlines in a high-volume environment.
