Registered Manager – Empower Lives, Lead with Purpose
Atrium Healthcare is proud to be recruiting a Registered Manager on behalf of a trusted supported living provider. We're looking for someone who combines regulatory expertise with a people-first leadership approach to guide teams and services toward excellence.
In This Role, You Will:
* Lead multi-disciplinary teams with vision, energy, and compassion
* Ensure care delivery is safe, empowering, and tailored to each person’s needs
* Maintain CQC registration and drive full compliance with care legislation
* Oversee recruitment, staff development, and operational excellence
* Foster positive partnerships with families, professionals, and local authorities
About You:
* Level 5 in Leadership for Adult Care (or equivalent)
* Experience in supported living or adult social care management
* Deep understanding of the Care Act, MCA, and safeguarding frameworks
* Skilled communicator and team builder
* Organised, emotionally intelligent, and committed to person-centred care
* Full UK Driving Licence required
