Salary: £28,000-£30,000

🌟 About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly while providing administrative support to the Managing Director. Your role will encompass:
Hospitality & Front of House
Be the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general inquiries
Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate refreshments/catering
Maintain the presentation of shared spaces (kitchen, showroom, meeting areas)
Support showroom readiness for internal teams
Continuously improve the employee experience at our client's organizationOffice Operations & Workplace Support
Ensure the office is organised, clean, and efficient
Manage office supplies and procurement
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and supplier visits
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with onboarding new team members and IT/equipment coordination
Be the first point of contact for office emergenciesHealth & Safety & Office Compliance
Support health and safety processes and record keeping
Assist with fire safety procedures and office compliance tasks
Maintain organised health and safety documentationAdministrative Support to MD
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director
Assist with calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and travel bookings
Help prepare basic documents and presentations
Support team-building activities and company celebrations🎯 Skills & Experience
We're looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive individual with:
2+ years in office coordination, hospitality, or workplace experience
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace systems
A positive attitude and a hands-on approach
Specialty coffee knowledge is a plus!
