Position: Spray Painter Location: Millennium Business Park, Mansfield Working Hours: TBC – flexibility required to meet project deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and masking
* Mix and match paint colours to meet project specs
* Apply paint using spray gun techniques for a flawless finish
* Monitor drying times and perform touch-ups as needed
* Maintain equipment to ensure peak performance
* Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE use
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and quality standards
✅ What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in spray painting or similar role
* Strong grasp of painting techniques and material handling
* Exceptional attention to detail and colour accuracy
* Ability to work solo or as part of a motivated team
* Effective communication skills
* Physically fit and agile—able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the day
* High school diploma or equivalent
Pay Rate: Competitive pay dependent on experience and skill level
⚠️ Working Environment: Expect varied locations and occasional work at heights or in confined spaces. The role involves potential exposure to fumes and dust—strict adherence to health and safety standards is a must.
