Customer Services Advisor (Gas Safe / HETAS)
£26,000 - £28,000 + 24 days holiday + Flexitime + benefits
Location: Exeter
Are you an experienced customer services advisor with technical experience looking to further your career with a well-established company supplying to clients globally? Are you seeking a role that offers excellent benefits, work-life balance, and opportunities for training and development? This position reports directly to the Group Service Manager. The main purpose is to handle customer and retailer calls of a technical nature, providing accurate technical advice. The role requires the ability to resolve customer issues swiftly, successfully, and diplomatically, regardless of circumstances.
Knowledge of heating appliances of all fuel types, including installation and servicing, is highly advantageous.
The role includes:
1. Resolving technical issues related to products raised by retailers, end users, and the public through initial fault-finding analysis.
2. Handling calls and email inquiries concerning installation, building regulations, operations, and safety of products.
3. Documenting and reporting all calls and issues, logging them into the company CRM system to ensure warranty compliance.
Candidate requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role dealing with technical products.
* Qualifications or experience within the Heating Industry.
