Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are seeking motivated, dynamic Healthcare Support Workers to join our Bank, who will complement our current experienced and specialist workforce, who are passionate about providing optimal care for our patients.
Responsibilities
* Work effectively in a variety of wards and departments and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
* Demonstrate the Trust's CARE values.
* After a qualifying period, support a positive and flexible work life balance by working early, late, long day and night shifts.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Minimum of 12 months experience in a Hospital, Residential or Care home setting.
* Be aged 18+ to apply.
* Healthcare qualifications or equivalents such as a Care certificate, NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care, or Nurses and Allied Health Professionals with lapsed registrations.
* Experience in various ward settings and willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
