Our clients Injection Moulding team is expanding, and we're looking for talented, experienced setters to help them to continue delivering high-quality plastic components to customers across the globe. About the Role
As an Injection Moulding Setter, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the production schedule. You'll be responsible for efficient tool changes, setting and optimising the state-of-the-art moulding machines, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth, high-quality output.
What They're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Proven experience as an injection moulding setter in a manufacturing environment
* Confidence working with machines ranging from 50T to 320T
* A strong quality-focused mindset
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
* A solid understanding of 5S and continuous improvement, with evidence of applying these principles in industry

Hours of Work: This role operates over an alternating shift pattern, Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm with an early finish on Fridays.
