Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator (6-Month FTC)
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role focuses on coordinating recruitment processes, supporting hiring managers, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and locations
* Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional experience
* Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Post job adverts on job boards, social media, and careers sites
* Prepare offer letters and recruitment documentation
* Provide updates to hiring managers on candidate progress
* Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
* Previous experience in coordination, administration, or HR support
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive, reliable, and detail-focused
* Comfortable learning and using new systems
* Experience using an ATS
* Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
* Experience coordinating interviews across multiple sites
