1. Increase relationship survey response rates through strategic campaign design and execution.
2. Collaborate with Marketing and the wider SBU’s to develop and analyse targeted surveys, with a focus on understanding customer concerns.
3. Assist in tracking and trending customer feedback to identify patterns and drive specific improvement projects.
4. Creation and development of training and supporting material for our customer feedback management tools.
5. Using customer feedback to focus on QMS effectiveness & focus areas.
6. Identify, develop first time yield indicators.
7. Support & lead customer experience integration activities
8. Define and analyze data to identify customer impact and mitigating actions.

To be successful in this role you will:
14. Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Marketing, Communications, Business study, Psychology
15. Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
16. Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
17. Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction
