The Role:
* Developing and executing strategies to attract new clients and open up fresh markets.
* Leading conversations with potential partners, clearly communicating how digital solutions can solve real business challenges.
* Preparing tailored proposals and presentations that balance creativity with commercial value.
* Managing the full sales process—from first introduction through to contract signing.
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure opportunities are accurately scoped and delivered smoothly.
* Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity to help shape future offerings.
Requirements:
* A track record in business development, sales, or account management—ideally gained in a digital, tech, or creative environment.
* Solid understanding of web technologies (e.g. CMS, e-commerce), plus familiarity with digital marketing tools and service models.
* Confident communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder.
* Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of websites, digital platforms, or online marketing would be an advantage.
