Role Overview:
As the Company Secretarial Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of company secretaria services across a diverse client portfolio. Working closely with legal professionals and managing a dedicated team, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of governance, compliance, and client satisfaction with a strong operational focus.
Key Responsibilities:
