Mechanical Technician – Pumping Stations – Water Recycling Operations. Locations: Lincoln & surrounding area. Starting salary: £38,000 for candidates with NVQ Level3 (or equivalent). £34,000 for candidates with NVQ Level2 (or equivalent). Earn up to £44,000 with further training and experience. All PPE, tools, van and fuel card provided. Full‑time permanent position, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Role Overview
As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician in our proactive pumping station servicing teams, you will optimise performance and resilience of assets by utilising technology such as Ovarro data. With support from a collaborative team, you will develop commercial and/or industrial experience with assets such as pumps, valves, gearboxes and motors. Experience with mechanical/electrical control systems, telemetry systems and general water industry plant maintenance is advantageous.

Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful, you will have obtained an NVQ Level2 Mechanical Engineering qualification (or equivalent), completed a relevant apprenticeship, and hold a full UK driving licence.
