We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Northwest
Sectors: Retail/Commercial/ M&E/ Education/ Office
Project Types: Fit Out /Refurb/ New Build
Values: £600,000+
FREELANCE: £275 - £300 a day
Duration: Short term, long term, ongoing

What you will do as a Freelance Site Manager

* Oversee project from start to finish
* Report directly to the Project Manager
* Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
* Support commissioning and final handovers

Duties of a Freelance Site Manager include but are not limited to:

* Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
* Ensure project runs smoothly on day to day basis
* Ensure H&S is adhered to & updated accordingly
* Record on-site progress and lookaheads
* Report into Senior Management
* Work closely with the contracts manager

Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager

* Experience as a Site Manager (in any sector)
* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
* Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
* UK driving license and access to own vehicle
