The Opportunity
We’re supporting an insurance client as they enter a new phase of AI-led product development.
They’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the delivery team and lead the next iteration of a complex, data-driven product that underpins their back-office operations.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused product leadership role- you’ll work closely with engineering, research and design teams to shape and execute the product roadmap, ensuring it delivers measurable value within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead product planning, backlog management, and sprint execution across a cross-functional AI delivery team.
* Partner with engineering and technical leads to prioritise technical workstreams and manage dependencies.
* Run user research sessions to understand customer needs and shape product direction.
* Own and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivery milestones.
* Drive sprint planning, stand-ups and progress tracking with a focus on delivery outcomes.
* Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, managing expectations and navigating complex feedback loops.
* Translate ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable plans for technical teams.
About You
* 7+ years’ experience in product management, ideally delivering complex digital or AI/data-driven products.
* Proficient understanding of AI concepts and how they influence product decisions.
* Proven ability to manage demanding stakeholders in fast-paced, enterprise environments.
* Experienced working in Agile delivery teams - confident running sprints, stand-ups and backlog refinement.
* Excellent communicator who can bridge business and technical contexts effectively.
* Experience in AI, data, or automation products is highly desirable.
* Prior exposure to insurance or B2B enterprise domains would be advantageous, though not essential.
