The Opportunity & Role Profile
This large secondary school requires an experienced and meticulous Data Manager to oversee the integrity, analysis, and reporting of all school data, including student assessment, attendance, and behaviour. The role is crucial for informing strategic school development and intervention strategies.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
* MIS Expert: Managing the school's Management Information System (e.g., SIMS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance (GDPR).
* Analytical Reporter: Producing detailed reports, dashboards, and analysis for Senior Leadership Team (SLT), governors, and external agencies.
* Assessment Coordinator: Overseeing the input, checking, and dissemination of assessment data and target setting.
