This role is part of Bristol Myers Squibb's Oncology/Haematology Business Unit, focused on improving patients' lives and making a difference in cancer treatment.
Position Purpose
* The Integrated Healthcare Manager (IHM) is responsible for strategic account planning, sales execution, and market access, operating autonomously to meet sales and access objectives.
* You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adopting a 'One team' approach, while managing your territory as a business, making significant decisions based on your understanding of the therapy area and NHS/HSE environment.
* You will deliver an omnichannel customer experience, using data and digital assets to target healthcare professionals effectively at the right time and through the right channel.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute sales and access plans to achieve territory goals.
* Interpret and deliver complex clinical data.
* Analyze challenges within accounts, leveraging opportunities to enhance customer service and promote products.
* Manage key accounts with tailored strategic plans.
* Conduct environment and competitor analysis.
* Localize and implement marketing strategies, utilizing omnichannel initiatives.
* Tailor calls to customer segments, sharing insights to achieve business outcomes.
* Co-create pathway solutions with stakeholders to address barriers.
* Build strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Translate insights into strategic actions, including payer value propositions.
* Ensure formulary access and related enablers are in place.
Disease Knowledge & Selling Expert
* Work confidently via digital and face-to-face interfaces.
* Develop high clinical and product knowledge to improve patient lives.
* Engage stakeholders remotely and in person, understanding their needs and demonstrating product benefits.
* Become an expert in BMS's Value Selling Model.
Compliance & Professionalism
* Adhere to BMS policies and ABPI/IPHA codes.
* Complete administrative tasks within designated processes and timeframes.
* Demonstrate BMS values: passion, innovation, urgency, accountability, inclusion, and integrity.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Essential
* Understanding of UK/Ireland healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
* Success in pharmaceutical sales and/or market access.
* Proven key account management skills.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Ability to work in hybrid settings.
* ABPI qualification or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Email, Internet, and new systems.
* Valid UK driving license or equivalent.
* Reside in or near the East & South East territory.
Desirable
* Experience in oncology/haematology and NHS product launches.
* Skills in negotiation or advanced consultative selling.
* Degree or equivalent education.
