Office Administrator
Location: London Borough Market
Salary: £25,000 per annum base salary with an OTE of £32,500 - £35,000

Our client is a fast-growing technology consultancy delivering end-to-end digital transformation projects, managed services, and expert staff augmentation across Europe.
They’re scaling quickly and are looking for a dynamic individual who can support both their sales growth and internal hiring efforts.
The Role
This is a hybrid role:
* 50% Sales Administration – identifying target prospects for the sales outreach
* 50% Internal Talent Acquisition – Sourcing, screening, and coordinating top talent for their internal hiring.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that both the client pipeline and internal capability pipeline remain healthy and aligned with their growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Support (50%)
* Research and identify target clients and key contacts across priority sectors (Financial Services, Fund Administration, Logistics, etc)
* Build and maintain a prospect database / CRM of companies that align with their service offerings (consulting, managed services, staff augmentation)
* Internal Talent Acquisition (50%)
* Work with leadership teams to support internal hiring.
* Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and networks, and manage the recruitment lifecycle (screen, schedule, coordinate feedback)
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.
* Coordinate onboarding for new internal hires.
* Support employer branding initiatives (social media, events, internal comms)
Skills and Qualifications
* At least 1 year experience in an office environment.
* Strong research and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.
* Excellent communication skills and very personable (speaking and writing)
* Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
* Extrovert personality
* Curious and commercially aware.
* High emotional intelligence.
* Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
* Self-starter who enjoys autonomy and working in a growth-stage environment.
