About the Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Store Operations: Oversee all daily store activities, including opening and closing. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Manage stock levels, inventory replenishment, and shrinkage control. Sales & Customer Service: Set and monitor sales goals and KPIs. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. Support staff with sales techniques and customer engagement strategies. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop store team members. Create and manage rotas, monitor payroll hours, and assign duties. Inspire a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. Financial Management: Monitor store budgets and financial performance. Prepare and present sales and operational reports. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards. Promote a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers.
