Internal Communications Business Partner
Contract: 12‑month FTC
Salary: £36,374 - £40,415 depending on experience
Location: Home based with occasional travel to Worcester/Solihull offices for meetings.

Help leaders communicate with clarity and confidence, support the manager cascade, embed the organisational narrative, and guide colleagues on how they contribute to Platform’s future.
Responsibilities
* Support leaders and managers through periods of change
* Develop clear, engaging and effective communication content
* Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* Work collaboratively across teams and functions to achieve shared goals
Qualifications
* Experience simplifying complex information into meaningful communication
* Strong relationship‑building skills
* Experience supporting internal communications in a large organisation
* Ability to drive clarity during periods of transformation
