Salary: £9.75 – £10.55 per hour
Responsibilities
- Serve customers with a smile, sharing Star Buys, and ensuring they leave satisfied.
- Maintain store appearance and stock levels, contributing to store targets.
- Participate in a rapid‑paced, hands‑on environment that offers continuous learning.
- Complete in‑store training over 12 months, culminating in a role‑performance review.
Qualifications
- Grade 4 or C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- No current education commitments and availability for full‑time shifts.
- No prior Retail Apprenticeship completed.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- New to retail.
