Great opportunity to work as a Customer Service Administrator for our client's logistics provider site.
Staffline is recruiting Customer Service Administrators in Lutterworth.
The rate of pay is £ per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 3pm
Your Time at Work
As a Customer Service Administrator your duties include:
- Assisting customers and business partners via appropriate communication methods.
- Handling customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
- Assisting with compliance tasks for the operation.
- Data entry and other administration related tasks.
- Achieving weekly and monthly KPIs as set by the business and producing reports and escalating any issues through the stakeholder team.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have great customer service and effective communication skills (verbal and written). You will have a good working knowledge of UK Geography and the ability to work under pressure and react quickly to customer requirements.
Applicants will have excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience within a transport/logistics organisation and customer service role is desired but not essential, as full training is provided.
