Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will lead the delivery of Fire Systems projects as part of our long-term partnership with Transport for London (TfL). Your responsibilities include defining project goals and deliverables, managing budgets, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely, with a presence in our Canning Town office 2–3 days per week.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage multiple minor works projects under our Fire Maintenance Contract for TfL
* Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
* Ensure timely and cost-effective material procurement
* Develop logistics plans to meet project timelines
* Maintain key project documentation and records
* Lead change control processes and communicate variations
* Organise and facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, reviews, and close-outs
Who You Are:
You are a results-driven Project Manager with proven experience in fire-related projects. You excel in client-facing roles, managing stakeholders, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Key Requirements:
* Experience managing fire systems projects
* Delivering a programme of works valued at £1M+ per year
* Strong commercial and financial awareness
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Leadership and team coordination abilities
* Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
* Experience with London Underground (LUL) or TfL projects is highly desirable
