* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients across housing associations, charities, and local authorities
* Source and engage candidates for both temporary and permanent roles
* Write compelling job adverts and manage applications
* Interview and shortlist candidates, matching them to the right opportunities
* Manage the full recruitment processfrom brief to placement
* Stay close to your market, spotting opportunities and growing your desk
* Youll have the autonomy to run your desk, with the backing of a team that genuinely supports each other.
The Person:
For this role our client is seeking someone who has already gained experience in recruitment. In addition to this they are also looking for someone who is:
