We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Payroll/Recruitment Administrator to join our Clients busy admin team. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the smooth and accurate running of weekly payroll and recruitment admin for around 700 staff. You will play a key role in processing new starters and leavers, handling compliance, and entering timesheet data using spreadsheets so accuracy and efficiency are vital. This role would suit someone with solid payroll experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Run weekly payroll using Sage 50 * Process new starters and leavers * Support onboarding of new employees * Book medical appointments as required * Input and manage timesheet data in Excel * Carry out regular audits to ensure compliance * Provide general admin support to the wider team What are we Looking For: * 2–3 years of payroll experience minimum (essential) * Familiarity with Sage 50 payroll (preferred) * Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word * Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach * Good communication skills and a team-player attitude This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where your work will make a real impact.
