About the Role
We’ve got an exciting opportunity available for talented individuals to join our workforce. Read on to find out more about the role and what you will be doing. We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven individual to support our multi award-winning Workplace Parking Levy (WPL) Scheme — the first of its kind in the UK. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with the WPL scheme, investigating potential breaches, and gathering evidence to uphold the integrity of both the WPL and Transport Act legislation. You’ll also play a key part in delivering enforcement activity for Nottingham City Council’s Workplace Parking Charge (WPC) Scheme, helping to shape a fairer, greener transport future for our city.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Must hold a full, current UK driving licence and be a confident driver, capable of navigating a range of urban and suburban environments.
* Demonstrated experience of working effectively both independently and as part of a team in a busy office environment.
* Ability to carry out site visits, which will involve significant walking and standing.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
* Support enforcement activities for the WPL and WPC schemes and assist with investigation and evidence gathering as required.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
* Conduct site visits and maintain accurate records and documentation.
