The Role Working closely with a friendly and knowledgeable team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and efficient payroll services to a varied client base. Key duties will include: Managing the end-to-end payroll process across a portfolio of clients. Handling client queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Liaising with HMRC when required to resolve payroll-related matters. Ensuring all payrolls are processed in line with relevant deadlines and compliance requirements. The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you should bring: Recent hands-on payroll experience, ideally gained within an accountancy practice or payroll bureau environment. A strong understanding of current payroll legislation, HMRC processes, and compliance requirements. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. A proactive mindset with the ability to manage workloads independently while contributing to a team environment.
