Your role
Operating from our state of the art showroom, we are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our Sales Department.
The BMW & MINI Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving corporate and fleet vehicle sales by developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, and leasing companies.
This role requires a strategic, target-driven individual who can identify new opportunities, manage existing accounts, and align with BMW & MINI brand values to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and fleet accounts, maintaining strong client relationships.
* Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
* Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create tailored sales propositions and promotional offers.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines to close deals effectively.
* Coordinate with the BMW dealer network to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and aftersales service for corporate clients.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
* Ensure compliance with all internal processes, company policies, and legal/regulatory requirements.
* Represent the BMW brand at corporate events and networking functions.
Your profile
The ideal candidate should be extremely organised, with great attention to detail, be able to manage work load and prioritising tasks to ensure efficiency. Previous B2B sales experience is essential.
Applicants must demonstrate how they meet the following criteria:
* Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a corporate or fleet environment.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* In-depth understanding of the automotive sales process, leasing options, and fleet management solutions.
* Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Rewards
* Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
* Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm. Every other Saturday
* Salary OTE £58,000 depending on experience
