Board Support and Compliance Officer
We are seeking a Board Support and Compliance Officer to deliver top quality executive support to the Board and Committees, to act as the primary point of contact with the Library’s Board, to undertake all the Board related administration and to manage the demands of the complex compliance environment for the organisation. This is an exacting, intense and varied role where the right candidate will focus on first class delivery of Board support and the monitoring and management of the Library’s regulatory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Provide executive support to the Board and Committees.
* Act as the primary point of contact with the Library’s Board.
* Undertake all Board related administration.
* Manage the demands of the complex compliance environment for the organisation.
* Support in relation to all Board and Governance matters.
* Deliver high‑level minute taking.
* Multitask and meet set deadlines.
* Perform project management tasks.
Qualifications
* Strong track record in Board support and governance.
* Excellent organisational, diplomacy and professionalism skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
* Experience in a cultural, educational or charity setting advantageous.
