With a focus on growth and market share, the business is looking to expand its lettings team with an ambitious and driven Lettings Valuer. The Role This is a front-end, deal-generating role where your primary focus will be winning new instructions and listing rental properties. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with landlords, conducting market appraisals, and converting opportunities into new business. This role suits someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys being out in the field, meeting clients, and growing a portfolio.
