Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Production & Project Manager to lead our workshop and fitting teams. This pivotal role bridges the gap between design and delivery—ensuring our bespoke projects are built and installed to the highest standards, on time and with exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Workflow Management
* Oversee daily operations of cabinet makers and fitters
* Schedule and coordinate production and installation timelines
* Ensure quality control across all stages of manufacture and fit
Project Coordination
* Act as the operational link between showroom designers and workshop staff
* Liaise with 3rd Party Trades and constreuction campnies instructed either by us, or by the client
* Manage materials, logistics, and site readiness
Client-Facing Delivery
* Liaise directly with clients during installation phases
* Represent Touchwood with professionalism and care in clients' homes or project sites
* Resolve on-site queries and ensure client satisfaction
Reporting & Improvement
* Monitor project progress and flag risks or delays
* Contribute to continuous improvement in production efficiency and client experience
* Maintain compliance with health & safety and company standards
