Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking to join a friendly and supportive finance team We’re looking for a motivated individual to take on a varied role covering purchase ledger, sales ledger, invoicing, and credit control within a growing business in Eastleigh.
Duties
Process supplier invoices and match to job files.
Raise and send customer invoices from job sheets.
Post invoices and payments to Sage.
Allocate cash and issue monthly customer statements.
Assist with credit control and query resolution.
Reconcile supplier statements and support month-end processes.
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and general admin tasks.
Skills and Knowledge
Experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role.
Confident with Sage and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
A positive, team-focused attitude and great communication skills.
Salary and Information
£27,000 – £29,000 salary (DOE)
28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
