Deburrer/ Finisherrequired for a leading precision engineering manufacturer based in Poole.
The Deburrer will play a key role in deburring CNC milled components and CNC turned machined parts to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities will include deburring external surfaces/edges, internal cross drilling, and internal/external threads on aircraft components. The role also involves using hand tools to meet customer drawing specifications, performing final part marking, and using air tools for deburring. A solid understanding of aerospace deburring and various materials is essential.
Package:
* £14.00 to £15.00 per hour

Deburrer Role:
* Deburr external surfaces/edges of CNC milled prismatic components and CNC turned machined parts
* Deburr internal cross drilling, and internal and external threads of aircraft components
* Use hand tools to meet customer drawing specifications
* Perform final part marking
* Use air tools for deburring
* Fully onsite in Poole
Deburrer Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a machine shop environment
2. Strong attention to detail and product quality
3. Understanding of aerospace deburring (advantageous but not essential)
4. Knowledge of various materials
