About this team The EMEA Digital Marketing team exists to define and execute the digital strategy for customer acquisition. Our goal is to drive omni-channel sales for our European business and grow our community. We utilise a range of acquisition channels including Search (SEO & PPC), Affiliate Marketing, Paid Media & Influencer Marketing to deliver brand awareness, elevated digital experiences, drive purchase and engage beyond transactions. Reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the Influencer Marketing Manager will define and execute on the EMEA creator strategy in partnership with cross functional teams. In practice you will be responsible for driving performance of the influencer marketing channel and supporting brand & performance KPI's. A day in the life: Drive the EMEA Influencer Marketing strategy across all regions & campaigns in close collaboration with Brand and Digital teams Manage & support external/cross functional influencer partnerships & campaigns. EG External Agencies, retail partners etc Manage relationships & performance of creator networks such as LTK, Stylink etc Identify new opportunities for growth within the channel. EG. A new creator network, new creators etc Manage and support the Influencer Marketing Specialist with their own personal development Support the Influencer Marketing Specialist; o To deliver on the EMEA influencer marketing plans as part of brand campaigns o To manage relationship with Creator IQ, our influencer marketing platform o With contracting & negotiations o With weekly reporting Support the Influencer Marketing specialist in managing creator & agent relationships Manage the channel budget, ensuring spends are aligned with forecast and vendor payments and commissions are managed efficiently Produce post campaign analysis and learnings for wider teams. Use those learnings to implement new ways of working & identify possible testing opportunities Work closely with relevant teams to ensure creator content is leveraged across the full guest funnel Ensure our IDEA commitments are reflected throughout all aspects of our Influencer work Stay up to date with the latest Influencer marketing trends, and investigate appropriate opportunities Qualifications: 5 years in Influencer Marketing, ideally in house at a brand Experience working with Creator IQ (or an equivalent creator platform) and Awin Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and focus on what matters Great cross funcational worker - You love connecting the dots between teams to provide engaging experiences for our guests German speaking is a plus but not essential Must haves: Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
