We're now looking for a Customer Services Advisor to work on-site with us to manage high volume incoming calls and live chats. You'll be part of an experienced close working team creating success with our outdoor clothing and equipment customer.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Actively answering and resolving incoming queries over the phone and live chat - this can be 50+ calls back to back on a daily basis.
* Ensuring all queries are accurately recorded on Zen Desk and other relevant software applications.
* Collaborating with Aftersales and other departments to achieve best outcomes for DHL and our customer.
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Have previous experience working in a phone‑based customer service or call‑centre role.
* Can demonstrate their interpersonal and problem resolution skills.
* Are able to work on site, Monday to Friday based at the office in Coventry.
