Finance & Administration Support Officer - Part-time 4-days per week, London office based - Initial 3-month temp.
The Opportunity
Our client, a not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a Finance & Administration Support Officer to provide essential financial and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone with experience in finance administration who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing payments, invoices, and receipts.
* Maintaining accurate financial records and account statements.
* Recording donations and assisting with income allocations.
* Inputting data and carrying out compliance checks.
* Supporting general office administration, including phones and post.
The Candidate
* Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role.
* Knowledge of payment processing, banking, or financial monitoring systems.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Numerate, with the ability to identify discrepancies.
* Confident communicator with solid IT skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
