I'm working with a well-established accountancy practice in Poole who are looking to bring in a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a solid opportunity for someone who is part-qualified and has experience working in practice, ideally managing their own portfolio or supporting one.

The role will involve working with a varied client base, preparing accounts, handling VAT returns, and building good working relationships with clients. It would suit someone who is confident, organised, and comfortable working in a busy practice environment.
What they're looking for:
* Part-qualified (ACCA / ACA / AAT or similar)
* Previous experience in an accountancy practice
* Experience managing a portfolio, or ready to step into that level
* Good communication skills and a professional approach with clients
* Someone reliable who can work both independently and as part of a team
The setup:
* 4 days per week in the Poole office
* 1 day per week working from home
* Supportive team and stable working environment
