We seek a Senior Data Processor to support our Remote Operations Centre. This role offers a great career opportunity for individuals eager to advance within the Geo-data revolution.
Remote Operations Centre roles require candidates to be Aberdeen-based or willing to relocate, with work involving rotational 12-hour shifts.
Your primary responsibilities include quality-checking and processing survey data, as well as producing reports for internal use and clients.
The Senior Data Processor (ROC) will support processing survey data from sensors on vessels, USV, ROV, or AUV platforms.

Your role and responsibilities:
1. Assist with survey data pack production;
2. Coordinate, supervise, and process survey data, ensuring quality control and scope compliance;
3. Ensure data suitability for charting and reporting;
4. Generate deliverable products promptly;
5. Maintain proficiency with industry software, applications, and techniques;
6. Communicate effectively with client representatives, Project Managers, and other departments such as Data Services, Subject Matter Experts, Innovation, Staff Development, HR, IT, and QHSSE;
7. Develop and maintain clear documentation.
What you'll need to thrive in this role:
* A B.Sc or M.Sc or equivalent in a relevant survey, electrical, or computing discipline;
* Strong problem-solving skills;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues;
* Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines;
* Attention to detail, quality, and safety;
* Discipline, self-motivation, and flexibility as a team player.
