Are you warm, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? RUSH Hair & Beauty is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front of House professional to join our Kensington salon.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and stylish salon experience.
Hours: 35 hours per week
The Role
* Greeting clients and delivering exceptional customer service
* Managing appointments and maintaining the salon schedule
* Answering phone calls, emails, and client enquiries
* Supporting the salon team with administrative tasks
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
* Ensuring every client feels valued from arrival to departure
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role (salon or spa experience preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Friendly, professional, and confident manner
* Proficient computer skills; experience with booking systems is an advantage
* Availability to work weekends
