Why This Role? * Lead and inspire a team of care workers delivering home care services. * Manage recruitment, training, and day-to-day office operations. * Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain care excellence. * Build strong relationships with CCGs, local authorities, and private clients. * Contribute to business growth through service development and marketing initiatives.
