We’re representing a highly respected global insurance company seeking a professional, confident, and proactive Receptionist to join their Leeds office on a 14-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring a first-class front-of-house experience
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and deliveries
* Coordinating meeting room bookings and assisting with office administration
* Supporting internal teams with general administrative and facilities tasks
* Upholding the company’s professional image at all times
About You:
* Previous experience in a Reception or Administrative role (corporate or professional services preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Professional, polished, and customer-focused approach
