* A challenging position for a high performing Sales Director to help Datamatics meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets managing the sales team in a competitive and innovative way
* The candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to stakeholders
Responsibilities
* In-depth knowledge of Datamatics IT/software business offerings and value proposition
* Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business (Building a 'territory‘) and acquire new customers for Datamatics’ IT offerings i.e. Application Management, Cloud Consulting, Enterprise Content Management, Enterprise Portals, CRM & Intelligent Automation
* In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor landscape
* Understand the customer’s buying cycle
* Hunt for new logos / clients – majorly the MHA (Must Have Accounts)
* Achieve and regularly meet sales target
* Contribute to the overall sales growth strategies and plans
* Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to closure (Networking, presentation, negotiation, persistent follow-ups)
* Identify and map business strengths and customer’s diverse needs
* Anticipate possible escalations and keep the Sales posted for timely intervention
* Respond to bid documents, legal clauses, reviewing RFPs and supporting documents
Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of technology/IT/software sales experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience selling either of the software/IT solutions i.e. Application Management, Cloud Consulting, Enterprise Content Management, Enterprise Portals, CRM or Intelligent Automation.
* Experience working with offshore delivery team would be preferred
