The London based M&A Technology team is seeking to hire an Analyst to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities: Work in the team to support with the origination and execution of transactions typically reporting to an Associate or Vice President including; Assist in the preparation of client presentations ("pitches"); Research public company and transaction multiples to support valuation of companies; Supporting the drafting of information memoranda; Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights; Conducting industry research : collect information on target companies, market analysis, competitive position; and Provide administrative support including meeting agendas, meeting notes and management of deal Q&A.
