PSS is currently building a high performing team of professionals. This role provides an opportunity to mould your skills and expertise in the precast concrete industry whilst being an integral part of an expanding company.
PSS is a specialist sub-contractor providing design, supply and installation of precast products and associated services to the construction industry. We are part of a larger business community working together as one team, providing excellent support.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with clients in relation to all potential new contracts and to take responsibility for processing estimates onto orders whilst maintaining operational profit margins and maximizing sales from existing customer base.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Manage internal customer status structure in accordance with the sales strategy.
* Manage incoming enquiries and follow up on estimates.
* Assist in the production and issuing of estimates.
* Undertake contract negotiations with customers to secure orders.
* Attend customer / pre-contract meetings.
* Assist in identifying the required sales marketing material.
* Attend and contribute to internal sales meeting and deliver agreed actions.
Experience & Qualifications
* 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
·Competent with Microsoft Office 365 suite (particularly Outlook, Word, Excel)
·Ability to use the company Office Management Software system/s.
·Full UK driving licence.
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Hours –Office hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 4pm Friday.
Breaks –Half an hour lunch, plus 2 x 15min breaks taken at convenience.
