Job Title: Behaviour Support Mentor (SEMH) Location: Failsworth, Greater Manchester Pay: £90–£110 per day (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary (with potential to become permanent) Start Date: September 2026 About the Role We are seeking a resilient and committed Behaviour Support Mentor to join a secondary setting in Failsworth from September 2026. This role involves supporting Key Stage 3 students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, both in the classroom and on a 1:1 basis. You will play an important role in helping students manage their behaviour, engage with learning, and develop positive coping strategies within a structured and supportive environment. This is a rewarding but challenging opportunity, well suited to someone who is confident working with students who may display very challenging behaviour.
