Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and committed mental health professional to join our established team as Project Manager in Bradford. This role will be responsible for the operational management of Hill Top Cottages, our recovery-based MH supported living service in the area.
Responsibilities
* Operate and manage Hill Top Cottages, ensuring high quality supported living services;
* Promote independence and community links for service users;
* Drive the service forward, empowering service users to move to less supported accommodation;
* Apply positive communication and engagement skills, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for people supported;
* Implement a person-centred approach and co-production with service users, working creatively in multi-agency contexts;
* Write clear assessments, support plans and guidelines and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant qualification desirable (e.g., RMN, Social Work, or a management qualification);
* Supervisory experience essential;
* Experience evidencing achievements and outcomes for service users desirable;
* Extensive knowledge of mental health recovery approaches.
